Procido LLP is ongoing legal counsel to a one of the largest churches in Saskatchewan. Unique projects include providing legal counsel to members of the Muslim community on a new mosque in Saskatoon, as well as legal counsel to the owner of 130-unit life lease project in Saskatoon.
Procido LLP has been advising on life leases in Saskatchewan for many years and is closely following and advising on the new Life Lease Act (Saskatchewan) as it moves toward entering into force. We are currently updating existing Life Lease Agreements for facilities in Saskatchewan in order to comply with the new Life Lease Act.
