The Procido LLP Real Estate Group provides the following advisory services:

• Leases: The Real Estate Group drafts, negotiates, reviews and executes residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural leases for both tenant and landlord.  
• Site Acquisition: The Real Estate Group assists developers to purchase or lease land for a specific project. For renewable energy projects, the Real Estate Group drafts, negotiates, reviews and executes the required Option to Lease and Lease Agreements using Procido’s widely used templates.  
• Saskatchewan Farm Land Security Board Exemptions: The Real Estate Group assists developers (including wind and solar developers) to receive an exemption from The Saskatchewan Farm Security Act (Saskatchewan), to allow for development of a specific project.  
• First Nation Crown Transfers: The Real Estate Group assists First Nations and other Indigenous groups to negotiate and undertake the surface and subsurface title to certain lands are transferred from the Crown to the First Nation or Indigenous group.
• Subdivision & Consolidation: The Real Estate Group assists individuals and other legal entities to subdivide lands or consolidate multiple parcels of land into a single parcel.
• Franchise Real Estate: Together with the Procido LLP Intellectual Property & Technology (IPT) Group, the Real Estate Group advises and assists a franchisee to complete the purchase or lease of real estate for establishment of a franchise pursuant to a Franchise Agreement. The Real Estate Group also advises Franchisors on real estate matters relevant to their franchise.
• Estate Real Estate: Together with the Procido LLP Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning Group, the Real Estate Group advises and undertakes sale or transfer of real estate as part of administration of an estate.
• Bankruptcy Real Estate: The Real Estate Group also acts as agent for a trustee, monitor, or receiver in the sale or transfer of real estate as part of a bankruptcy, restructuring, or receivership process.
