Aden practices law in the areas of family law, litigation, employment law, municipal law and provides private client services. He is an experienced litigator who takes a focused economic outlook to disputes between parties, and helps clients navigate the often complex nature of legal disputes.
Prior to joining Procido LLP, Aden maintained an extensive family law litigation practice in a reputable Saskatoon Law Firm. He has made countless appearances in the Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan and maintains substantial trial experience with respect to family law matters.
Aden is also experienced with disputes involving the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nomination Program. Aden carries on a general practice with respect to employment matters acting for both employees and employers. Aden also works together with Managing Partner, Troy Baril, on municipal law matters.
While attending law school at the University of Saskatchewan, Aden held a position as an editor for the Saskatchewan Law Review and took additional classes to complete his undergraduate degree in Political Studies.
Aden has resided in Saskatoon, La Ronge, and Waterloo Ontario, and has deep connections across Saskatchewan and Western Canada.

Family Law
- Aden has extensive experience with assisting clients with issues relating to decision-making, parenting time, child support, spousal support, and division of family property.
- Aden has dealt with numerous high conflict parenting cases involving parental alienation, mobility disputes, and income determination issues for support cases.
- Aden has significant experience with complicated family property disputes, including large and complicated asset pools.
- Aden also maintains experience in alternative dispute resolution advisory services. He is able to assist with negotiations, assist in facilitating four-way meetings, and assist with respect to interspousal contracts.
- Aden focuses on cost-effective practical solutions that work for his clients, and the family they are a part of.
- Aden regularly appears in Saskatoon’s King’s Bench Court for both Chambers and Trial matters involving a variety of family law issues.
Litigation
- Aden has appeared in the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan and the Saskatoon Court of King’s Bench for a variety of litigation matters, including disputes for breach of contract and enforcement of foreign judgments.
Employment
- Aden has experience assisting clients with respect to employment disputes and disputes with regulatory bodies.
Municipal Law
- Aden works closely with Procido LLP Managing Partner, Troy Baril on various municipal law matters.
Private Client Services
Private Client Services are personal legal services which are provided to individual members of existing clients’ of the firm. Typically, though not exclusively, the individuals taking advantage of Procido’s private client services are directors, officers, shareholders, employees, or contractors of corporate clients of Procido LLP already working with other lawyers or practice groups within the firm on separate projects, transactions or litigation matters.

REPRESENTATIVE WORK
- Successful trials in high-conflict parenting situations.
- Successful trials involving all family law issues including Parenting Time, Decision-Making, Mobility, Child-Support, Property Division, and Spousal Support.
- Numerous settlements reached in complicated high value family property division matters involving competing expert witnesses and complicated tax considerations.
- Experience registering and enforcing foreign judgments in the Province of Saskatchewan.
- Successful managing of conflicts of laws issues in Saskatchewan and Alberta for private clients and corporate contractual disputes.
- Experience representing and defending clients from frivolous foreign and extra-provincial claims.
- Timely settlement and successful representation of clients in employment matters yielding satisfactory settlements for clients.
- Current and ongoing training and mentorship in municipal law from Procido LLP Managing Partner, Troy Baril.
- Successful closing of many purchase and sale transactions of residential real estate.
