Crystal is a Limited Licensee, Paralegal, and Notary Public working out of our Saskatoon Office.

After several years of working in hotels, restaurants, and lounges as a server and a Red Seal Cook, Crystal graduated in 2017 from Saskatoon Business College in the Legal Assistant Program, and in 2026, became a Limited Licensee.

Crystal has extensive experience and knowledge with drafting and executing wills, powers of attorney, applications to the court for estates, and estate administration. She also has knowledge and experience in drafting and registering Saskatchewan Land titles, notarizing documents, and commissioning affidavits.

Limited Licensee Scope of Services

• Give advice, draft and complete legal documents, and represent clients for proceedings as set out in section 9 of The Administration of Estates Act.

• Give advice, draft and complete legal documents for:
  • Wills Powers of attorney Guardianship applications
  • Health care directives

Notary Public Services

• Administer oaths
• Administer affidavits
• Receive affirmations and declarations
• Prepare and certify true copies of documents and identification
