
Jacey Safnuk is an associate in Procido LLP’s Saskatoon office. She maintains a broad litigation practice, and has experience in the fields of civil litigation, insolvency, and municipal law. Prior to joining Procido LLP, Jacey was an associate at a national law firm. Jacey has prepared materials for all levels of court in Saskatchewan and appeared as counsel before the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan, the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, as well as various tribunals. Jacey is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Law, graduating with Distinction. Jacey also obtained her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance with Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014 and prior to obtaining her law degree worked as a financial analyst in the health care industry.

- Counsel for numerous Canadian banks in foreclosure and insolvency matters
- Counsel for finance and leasing companies in enforcement and collection matters
- Counsel on numerous debtor-creditor disputes
- Counsel for Corporations as well as individuals on product liability claims
