Taylor Moroz, J.D., B.Sc. (he/him)

Associate

Taylor Moroz graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law in 2022. He then spent the 2022–2023 year clerking at the Court of King’s Bench in Regina. At the Court, Taylor gained a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective on how judicial decision-making unfolds — or, as one Justice put it, “how the sausage is made.”

At Procido LLP, Taylor’s practice spans a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters. He has experience handling everything from spearheading multimillion-dollar, cross-border corporate-commercial disputes involving publicly traded companies, to advising both employers and employees on wrongful dismissal matters. He also regularly provides legal advice to municipalities on bylaw development, enforcement strategies, and practical legal solutions tailored to local governance. With over a decade of industry experience, Taylor has developed deep expertise in construction law filing and enforcing builders’ liens, managing complex litigation files, and offering advisory services for all stages of a construction dispute.

Above all, Taylor brings a passion for helping clients navigate and resolve their legal conflicts. Whether the matter is high-stakes or deeply personal, his goal is to de-escalate where possible, advocate fiercely where necessary, and guide clients toward practical, effective solutions. Taylor is detail-oriented and understands the importance of open, direct communication with clients at every stage.

Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys playing soccer and tennis, rowing on the Saskatchewan River, and spending time with his cat, Willem, and dog, Lucy.
