Prior to joining Procido Kim was in-house legal counsel for the global mining company BHP supporting the development of a greenfield potash mine, including legal advice regarding clean electricity generation, port and rail transportation, and procurement and construction agreements. Prior to that Kim spent several years at a mid-sized law firm with a general business and a labour and employment practice. Kim advises clients in Saskatchewan, across Canada, and internationally on all aspects of corporate law and commercial transactions. Kim’s core practice areas include a focus on mining, renewable energy, clean technology, and labour and employment.
