Glenn is a lawyer, engineer, and grain farmer who worked for nearly 20 years in resource extraction as a mechanical engineer, beginning his career working for Husky Oil in SK/AB in the 1990s but spent the bulk of his engineering career working at uranium mills in northern Saskatchewan. Glenn has engineering and risk management experience with: (1) Hazard and Operability analysis for new projects and capital expansion projects, (2) Operations management experience at remote industrial locations, including ore processing, solids waste management, and water treatment, and (3) Technical analysis and problem solving related to debottlenecking and quality improvement. Glenn also presided over successful startup and ramp up at a high-grade uranium milling facility in Saskatchewan while fostering a safe production culture. Glenn‘s past technical experience in the resource extraction sector is particularly well-suited to advise those clients with energy transition projects to reduce their emissions. Glenn‘s role as a farmer will also provide an insider’s perspective to assist those in the agricultural industry who are considering developing their own wind, solar, biomass or other electrification projects. Glenn will add significant technical depth to Procido LLP’s thriving Energy Group, of which he will be the newest member.
