Chad Eggerman, Honorary Consul for Finland in Saskatchewan and Founding Partner of Procido LLP met with Mayor Cynthia Block and a distinguished delegation of Honorary Consuls at the Saskatoon Club. The meeting included key representatives such as Ednali Fertuck-Zehavi, Honorary Consul of Morocco, and members of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress of Saskatchewan, including Executive Director Danylo Puderak, Employment Services Manager Irayna Matsiuk, and Settlement Services and Community Outreach Manager Mykola Zakharchuk, representing Ken Krawetz, Honorary Consul for Ukraine in Saskatchewan. 

This long-standing tradition of honorary consuls meeting with the sitting mayor of Saskatoon serves as a vital platform for fostering discussions on pressing local and international issues. The participants explored opportunities for collaboration and solutions that promote Saskatoon’s role as a growing, globally connected city. 

Moving forward, these meetings will be scheduled quarterly to ensure regular engagement and the continuation of meaningful dialogue among city leadership and the consular corps.
