Craig practices in the areas of: (1) Intellectual Property (including licensing, trademarks, computer law, Internet law, biotechnology law, privacy and copyright; (2) Corporate Governance (including advice on strategic plans, governance law, preparation of governance documents such as bylaws and Articles, and training in governance, risk management and strategy matters); and Commercial Law (including business transfers, mergers & acquisitions, contracts, income tax and GST related matters, succession planning, agricultural contracting and corporate law).
Craig has successfully designed, built, owned, operated, and exited law firms and brings a wealth of knowledge to Procido LLP as we accelerate our aggressive growth strategy driven by increasing client demand for our services.
Craig will be leading the build-out of both the Intellectual Property / Technology / Privacy (IPTP) practice group (together with Avneet Nehel and others in the future) and the Governance practice group (together with Chad Eggerman and Tyson Acoose) at Procido LLP.
Craig will be working out of Procido LLP’s Saskatoon office.
