The firm is delighted to announce that Kimberly Duval has been appointed the position of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Procido LLP effective September 1st, 2024. 

Procido was founded with the goal to employ a full-time, permanent CAO, who is not a practicing lawyer. This objective has now successfully been accomplished.

In her role as the new CAO of Procido LLP, Kim manages the administrative team, coordinates human resources, acts as liaison between staff and management, coordinates event planning, and develops, updates, and implements firm policies.
