
Dana is licensed to practice in both Alberta and Saskatchewan, bringing together Canadian legal expertise with specialized U.S. education in technology law. Her practice focuses on intellectual property, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and corporate matters.
She started her career at an international Calgary firm, handling trademark work, IP disputes, and major corporate transactions. Dana has contributed to deals worth over $11 billion, including significant energy sector acquisitions and financing arrangements.
Dana recently completed her Master of Laws in Technology Law and Policy at Georgetown University as a Merit Scholar, building on her University of Saskatchewan law degree where she graduated with distinction.
